THE CONSULTATION PHASE

After purchasing a design plan with us, you’ll receive a welcome email prompting you to fill out our client questionnaire so that we can understand more about your vision for the space. 

Doing so will also give you access to our shared design platform. This is where the entire design process will take place. You’ll be able to communicate directly with your designer, check up on your design’s progress, and shop from your final design board. 

THE FLOOR PLAN PHASE

Using your room measurements, we’ll create a to-scale floor plan with suggested furniture arangements and spacial planning for you to feedback on. 

THE DESIGN PHASE

We’ll then get to work sourcing furniture, decor, window treatments, paint colours and more for your space. Depending on your selected design plan, this will be presented as either a 2D conceptual mood board or a 3D room visualisation. 

THE REVIEW PHASE

Once complete, you’ll receive a notification saying that your room visualisation is ready for review! You’ll then be able to approve items you love, and decline any items you’re unsure of so that we can suggest suitable alternatives.

THE BUYING PHASE

Once all of the items have been approved, you’ll be able to shop all of the products directly from the design board. Using our itemised floor plan and professional styling notes, you’ll easily be able to bring your new design to life! We’ll also be on hand to offer any further advice via our online platform throughout the installation phase.
